Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation for a specific reason, please allow up to 48 hours. If you cancel within 48 hours before your arrival you will be charged for 1 night of your current reservation. If you have reseverd a multi-night stay and cancel within 48 hours of your arrivial, only one night will be charged and the other subsequent nights will be cancelled or refunded.

Examples:

• If you book a 1 night stay for $124.95 and cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged the full amount.

• If you book a 2 night stay for $124.95/ night and cancel within 48 hours. Only, the inital $124.95 will be charged.

• If you book any room and cancel before the 48 hours buffer, all is refunded or canceled with no penalty.

Bookings over $500 in value:

If you are making a booking over $500 in value a non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required.
